We offer seminars on a variety of health and wellness topics, presented monthly by the physicians and health professionals of Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. Programs are open to the public unless specified as a "BestHealth members only" event. The following are held at BestHealth in Hanes Mall (unless otherwise noted) and require pre-registration. To register online, check the box next to the program(s) you want to attend. Scroll to the bottom of the page, complete the registration form and click “Submit.” You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Please submit a separate registration form for each person registering. To register by phone, call 336-713-BEST (713-2378) between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday - Saturday.

Inclement Weather Policy:

If Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools are closed due to weather, BestHealth events are cancelled.
